For operations meeting or exceeding CAFO thresholds, including full permit application and coordination with DEP and Conservation Districts. - Nutrient Management Plans (NMP – Act 38)
Required for larger farms or operations importing/exporting manure, including AEU calculations, crop rotation records, and phosphorus indexing. - Odor Management Plans (OMP – Act 38)
For new animal housing or manure storage projects, including OSI evaluation, BMP layouts, and SCC submission support. - Manure Management Plans (MMP – Clean Streams Law)
Required for all farms applying manure, regardless of size, covering storage, setbacks, recordkeeping, and field application mapping. - Agricultural Erosion & Sediment Control Plans (Ag E&S – 25 Pa. Code §102.4)
