Required for:

• Plowing/tilling >5,000 sq ft (including no-till)
• Any Animal Heavy Use Area (AHUA) regardless of size
• Description of tillage activities and erosion risks
• Map showing field boundaries, slopes, soils, AHUAs, and waterways
• Soil loss calculations (T-value or RUSLE2, if required)
• Best Management Practices (BMPs) for erosion control:
  • Contour farming
  • Grass buffers/diversions
  • Seeding and mulching specs
• AHUA management strategies:
  • Heavy use pad stabilization
  • Diversion berms
  • Vegetated outlets or infiltration
• Seeding, mulching, and construction sequence for AHUA grading
• Narrative explanation of practices and their justification
• Record of implementation plan and review schedule
